Taekwondo classes are full of kicking and punching drills for a superior full body work out! Strengthen and tone while having fun learning an art that incorporates great self defense techniques!

We cover stretching, basic hand techniques, self defense, kicking drills, traditional Taekwondo forms, sparring drills, sparring (light and Olympic style), one-step hand techniques and mixed martial arts. We offer separate classes for beginners and advanced students as well as combined classes for all skill levels.
